The NSRS Stock Promotion Is Ending, Here’s How I Know

by

Let’s get something straight, recently I traded North Springs Resources Corp. (OTCBB:NSRS) and made good money on it.

Shortly thereafter I wrote about NSRS stock here and again here. In the second article I suggested NSRS stock would go parabolic (Supernova) before crashing which is exactly what happened about a week later when it opened at $.90 and fell more than 50% to $.42 the same day.

Yes I was off by a week, yes it bounced and yes it’s going Supernova again but the bottom line is that the NSRS stock is poised to crash soon and my guess is that it could be this week.

Here’s how I know NSRS stock is about to CRASH!!!

1. North Springs Resources Corp. (OTCBB:NSRS) is a stock promotion which means when the advertising stops, the bids disappear, so far pretty straight forward.

2. The pump and dump started on Tuesday December 27th, 2011 and in the legal disclaimer from the promoters they disclose being compensated $600,000 for a 1 month profile advertisement on NSRS stock. Image #1 below taken from the PennyPic email. Given that today’s Tuesday February 7th, 2012 I’d say you’d be smart to be watching close for the crash just like their last promotion Raystream Inc. (OTCBB:RAYS). Don’t believe me? Well here’s a report I did on their last stock promotion RAYS and to be clear, they said RAYS might be the next LEXG too laugh out loud. RAYS chart look familiar to NSRS? Scary stuff right, especially if you didn’t know these details I’m teaching you. See image #1

3. OTCMarkets.com has now flagged NSRS with the dreaded skull and crossbones listing which says and I quote: “Buyer Beware: There is a public interest concern associated with the company, which may include a spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders, regulatory suspensions, or disruptive corporate actions.”  See image #2

4. Technically NSRS stock is extremely overbought and even if technical analysis doesn’t apply to pump and dumps like NSRS, it’s saturated with greedy buyers hoping for the next LEXG when odds are all they’ll get is a dump like RAYS or ever worse, AMWI. Here’s my video of AMWI dumping on the market live (Takes 30 seconds to load, big file) and trust me, it’s gut wrenching lose your savings and the house material. See image #3

In summary, if you play with fire you’re going to get burned. Stocks like these are for skilled traders only and not investors. NSRS stock might not dump this week, but when it dumps they’ll be very few bidders and a lot of sad bag holders. Again, want to believe there’s a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, check their last pick RAYS below. See image #4

thats why when you see almost 100 million shares bought and there is no trading history.. you should probably buy there and set a tight stop loss.. all these people complaining about loosing money on pumps because they dont know how to cut their losses.. people are so fucking stupid and repetitive even the newsletters pumping these stocks are starting to put “please use your stops and protect your profits.” like come on, it doesnt get more obvious then that

This is actually very interesting to me. I have been studying geology for 5 years (about to graduate), my cousin is an experience exploration geologist for gold out in Nevada (which he has lived there his entire life and he is actually working right next to the imperial sight), and my uncle has been in the same field for 30+ years also living in Nevada.

I had my cousin take a look at the core data they released on their website and give me input..He said that their is definitly gold there..it will take a year to get funding for the mine..when they open it will take 2 years for the paper work but he estimates there is certainly good rock there and a mine there would be very profitable..

so as much as a pump and dump scheme this may be…chances are they certainly will mine it. Their arizona spot has some very very rich deposits…7/10 an ounce per ton is super good rock for mining..especially with gold price the way it is. When they open all of these mines..or began the real drilling which will most likely be as quick as they can..the stock prices will go up.

they keep us up to date on their current situation because despite they are pump and dump, I think they are trying to prove there is actually something there..which, there is.

Just my two cents from a Geological Standpoint.

Also, look for these next core sample results to come back from the lab..especially the four spots they are really concentrating…there will be excellent results.

For the record..My cousin or uncle have no affiliation with this company..my cousin didnt even know who it was (theres thousands of small time mining companies) and he doesnt chat around much.

As for my view..its all speculation based on data that was public and input from a geologist in the field.

Jason, Do you see NSRS at $.50/.60 at all and if not when to bail out of this nightmare I am in 260,000 shares at $.57. Not knowing it was a Pump and Dump scam I was chasing it down, what a mistake. Any help on when to Dump it. Is there any one who may know how to go after these companies? Please comment.

      • Jason Bond

Hi George I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t know if it’ll return to the $.50’s sorry and wish you the best of luck. As far as going after the company or the promoters, what they did is actually legal here so I’m not sure you have a case there either. Best thing you can do moving forward is track your trades more, something I teach all of my subscribers from day one. I have guys in my group who have lost over $100,000 on stocks like SFIO when the CEO was hit for fraud, it happens to all of us but the key is making sure you know as much as possible before it happens.

Hey Jason.. That news is fascinating my interests in the recent markets surrounding NSRS.OTB
I do see exactly what you’re talking about, but I’m curious, could the stock keep climbing if the company continues to produce great news?
This is my first time trading penny stocks and I’m always fearful of the quick turn around these stocks seem to known for.
Is there anything else you can share with me on this company/stock?
I am currently holding a small ransoms worth but I’m about to double up.

    Signed, scared and concerned.

Well Derek truth is nobody knows. A few of the bigger pumps have gone to $5 like JAMN and LEXG to above $10 of course, but those are rare. All I know is they say 1 month and it’s been more than 1 month. They will eventually move onto a new ticker soon since that’s their job. The stock is so overbought it’s unreal and that alone will trigger a spill as some point because when bigger sellers move in there will not be people bidding this stock. No on the news, it’s all a coordinated effort to keep people excited, news on this company in most cases will not drive buyers, it’s the mailers that drive the buyers.

      Hey Jason,

I have a question or two I think you can answer for me regarding image #3 above. Isn’t it a good thing when a security, (nsrs in particular), is “extremely saturated with buyers”? I’m pretty sure the boat tipped again yesterday, but thankfully their were still bidders willing to buy. Are you suggesting its a likely possibility that shareholders won’t be able to sell due to lack of buyers? Sincere Thanks

      Reply
      • Jason Bond

Hi Aaron. No it’s not good when a stock is overbought, it means guys like me who know it’s overbought won’t go near it and if we do it’ll only be day to swing trades to reduce our exposure. When a boat is overloaded with passengers it tips and the corrects, same idea. Except with pump and dumps there aren’t natural bidders like in real companies so they tend to fall even faster.

After reviewing all of the provided information on this site.. (and doing a bit of solo research) I think Jason is right on the money. I happened upon this site multiple times by companies I was looking to invest in and as always Jason has had a similar opinion on each pick. This particular article had me thinking that you could take a safe amount of money and buy in with these promotion stocks the day they start promoting and then ride up the pump.. dump them before the spill happens and then repeat every month with the next company. This is obviously risky.. but we are talking penny stocks.

    • Jason Bond

Thanks Jared and yes, risky for sure but there’s definitely some money to be made on these two. I’ve lost over $5,000 though a number of times getting stuck in the wash so it’s not for beginners and sometimes I wonder if it’s even for experienced traders lol.

Ha, great questions!!! It’s legal to advertise a stock so long as you disclose the compensation. What is written in the emails is what the SEC looks closely at. So long as they report facts and don’t tell you to buy and sell then it’s fair game as far as I know, but I’m not a lawyer, just a trader.

Thanks for the info Jason. I was skeptical, then I thought about it, and when I saw this I decided I better not invest in NSRS. I guess thats why their promoter is “Killer”PennyStocks huh? Anyway, I Decided if I want to gamble I should throw money at Sprint instead. I know it sounds stupid but they’re trading much below their book value (though they have posted 14 consecutive quarters they have just launched the iPhone) I personally sold more iPhones for S than VZ or T this past quarter, and I work at a RSH store — go figure. Just wondering what you thought about their stock.. but, hoping to make enough to sub to your service! Thanks for all the info so far!

    • Jason Bond

Sure thing. Ya, nobody can argue what the promoters have done here, they certainly did a great job with this one. Sprint I like but the problem is the market cap around $8 billion, just doesn’t move as fast as those $50 million to $2 billion companies. But yes, like SIRI, S could be a safe bet, especially at these levels. RSH is struggling for sure, but I’m a buyer soon off that wash recently. Keep in touch.

do you follow many Australian companies or the dirt diggers in that part of the world. I have been following a couple of iron ore companies in Australia for some time now, HAW and LCY whom are in partnership on the Mt Bevan iron ore project. Basically they have hit a mega large iron ore deposit, talking in Billions of tons, so big that the Indian NMDC (National Mineral Development Corp) have weighed in big time behind LCY (the more liquid of the HAW, LCY partnership). Both HAW and LCY are penny shares on the ASX and one would expect both companies to have gone ballistic with such big confirmed test drilling results but they are still fairly stagnant. Any thoughts or is this just not your part of the globe.

HI Jason, having had one or two white knuckle rides from following brokers advice I am looking at investing, or rather trading some small caps as from what I’ve been watching over the last few months none of them could rate as a long term investment !
It seems the only safe way is get in at the start, be happy to take a decent profit and get out. Ignore all the hype about what they might do in time because from what I’ve seen – they won’t !
I missed NSRS at the start, wouldn’t buy it once it had reached 50c, no sales, no cash, nothing to base a decsion on. On paper it was worthless so I couldn’t see it ever reaching their $4 targets.
I thought it would start to fall once the paid messages stopped but you had it almost spot on to the day, went down like a stone yesterday and dropped again today, probably be in single figures in a week or so. I’d like to, but I don’t expect to make 300% in a day, well not every day, however as long as one gets it approximately right most of the time you are making money hence I’m looking at your premium service very seriously !

After about 2 weeks I wanted to start putting money in and do the pump and dump, but for some reason I didn’t do it. What my concern now is, pennystockuniverse has decided to continue promoting NSRS until the beginning of march. Think there could be another pump?

    Reply

There can always be another pump, but after the first big wash they are usually never as strong because everyone is quick to dump so they don’t get caught in what happened last week. Check RAYS chart to see what I mean. The way to make money on these is to get in early and ride the wave, but even then I’ve still found ways to mess it up and lose haha. These are volatile but to be honest, that’s what I love so bring on the next one, we’re tired of the NSRS story. Cheers! J.

Hi Brenda. Indeed, easy come easy go – we all take losses, just win more than you lose. I’ve lost $5k on pumps like this a handful of times in 2011 but I’ve also made good money too… kinda like my trips to the casino ha. We’ll get there, glad to have you on board, keep in touch. J.

    Wow!!!

So the hype is real huh ??? Not really. Started watching these stocks when they were $1 and wished I had gotten in when they reached upwards of $1.50 …. Easy Dorothy .. We’re not in Kansas anymore. It don’t work like that and I held onto my money. So instead of losing, I didn’t buy and look at the stocks now …. $.64 Really!! What’s that a 65% decrease.

I realize the stock market isn’t really for me until I do more research. Penny stocks are the lick, but too undependable.

Hey Jason cool site – very informative for a rookie like me. i did however read the disclaimer at the bottom of my “Gladiatorstock.com” newsletter that they were paid a very large ransom to advertise the heck out of the stock the day i received the first “pump” at about .33 or whatever it was. My cynical nature told me this must be a scam because they are being paid to advertise. But then the stock kept going up and up. then dropped like crazy as i am guessing the people who paid for the advertising sold out and made their money back.
Is this the case? (ps i never bought any just watched it every day trying to see how these stocks work and see if i was right – and i was wooohoo didn’t lose any money like some of these other poor dudes)
Also, is Gladiator stock the same company as killerpenny? the disclaimer is identical. Just trying to learn the game.
    Good work anyway….thanks

Hi Sean, not sure who sold…my guess is it was a combo of traders, investors and insiders which is to be expected in these situations. Ya that promo network has a boatload of sister sites and they move stock for sure. Cheers!

I have not invested for a long time but I Have been interested in following these penny stocks for that pas 4-5 months. Yes, I am aware that companies are paid to promote these stocks and for those who listen and jump on it quickly and get out, they make a few dollars. But with the few extra dollars I have, I have not done a thing, but I am looking into this NSRS more seriously to see if I can pick up a few bucks. I am glad that I waited when it dropped to $.50 but next day to $.67. I was going to jump in Monday when it went to $85 but didn’t, just to see it dropped to $.67. I have put my funds in my account and am now thinking, “will it jump again, not to the sky but to steady off with a few dollar increases, without my concern that I would get hit hard if it totally plunged. Can you help. I am thinking about placing this order today for the morning.

I tried it as a day trade yesterday but it’s looking weak. Maybe it runs again, usually each promotion after the big dump gets weaker because people stop being greedy and take their money out quicker.

    Jason,

APGS is getting a lot of trumpet attention. Snookie was on Jay Leno talking about her game “Jersey Shore” and all these teens keep buying apps for their phones if the news is to be believed. Any thoughts on this one? Solid company Apps Genius or more hype like NSRS?

    Thanks,

    Jason,

Great feedback I read. Something I noticed recently and I’m new and also invested in NSRS. Friday there was post market trading on this stock. Appears 750,000 shares were sold (I believe) Friday 17th Feb and the price of the stock shot down to .39.
AwesomePennyStocks is still pumping this stock up all weekend but never mentioned that transaction. Stock closed .549 Friday then dove down Afterhours Trading to .39.
Is this a sign that things are headed south?

Hi Robert, there’s no premarket on OTCBB / PINK exchanges. Hard to say where it’s headed from here, I’d think APS will be working on a new campaign soon, that’s what I’m watching for.

I have to wonder though, how are you discerning the date of the pump’s start? I see you claimed an exact date, but have not found such dates in any disclaimers or anything else I’ve read so far, not even older ones from past months and years.

Hi Jason. Bought NSRS at .46 saw it go to 1.72 than dump to .35. Could have made 2000 but instead got greedy and lost 1000. Now bidding .36 for a small pop to try to regain original investment. I think that if you get a .10 to .15 cent pop, take it and run. Yet I cannot set a stop on pink sheet, etc. with Scottrade. They do not allow it. Maybe another company does allow stop limits on such stocks. Any ideas? I had 46,000 and prudential lost all but 5g for me and still sold my stocks to take commissions as if they deserved a commision. Was tech stock heavy in 2000. Really hurting now so I will follow your site. I am all but wiped out with only $2500 left.

    Mr. Bond,

Just transferred all my assets from my wells Fargo broker to my e trade and wanted some advice.

Do you see NSRS hitting at-least .58 in the near future? or ever again? today was very unexpected, figured it would settle around where the surge started. But i was wrong : P

ALSO Do you yourself take on client portfolios directly? OR should i join your site? I have been day trading on my own but today am down 7% for the first time and it makes me think i need some direction. I have the time to sit in front of my cpu from 9:30-4 mon-fri and again am JUST looking for some good advice from a more aggressive standpoint.

Thank you so much for your time.

Hello Aaron, no probably not but hey you never know. These usually get picked up by small promoters now. I can’t take on client portfolios or I’d have to run a hedge fund which I don’t want to do. You’re definitely welcome to join my group and would love to have you on board, I work very long days to provide good content for my paying subscribers. My advice is give it a shot and see if it’s for you.

Hi Jason I know your sick of nsrs but as a new trader does this method of playing numbers work. I have 11500 shares at .53
so if i got $ 20,000.00 worth of shares at .23 = 86956+11500=98456 and take my investment of $26670 and divide 98456 in shares it would bring my average down to .27 cents so it would be easy for it to make 4cent rather than have to go all the way to .58 to break even.
I’m not going too but just want to know if this works or not

    Reply
    • Jason Bond

Hi Aaron, averaging down works for sure but if the company does not go higher you’re left with an even bigger bag. Bottom line is it depends on whether or not you believe strongly it’s going higher. With a real company it works better because there are natural bidders, with a pump and dump there aren’t people in line waiting to buy the dips as much, if at all.

APS resent an email this morning saying that it was a mistake as far as them posting to buy AWSR and they said look for their new pic second week in march.

Also said that NSRS is still their pick for hte next few weeks and it “may jump” again.

APS really screwed people over with the AWSR stunt they pulled so I’m glad I didn’t buy any, looked fishy to me from the start because they never let a promo run 400% on day one plus there was no legal disclaimer so I knew it looked fishy. I don’t think they do much with NSRS, they’re just getting people ready for their next alert in 2 weeks.

Is this a company that will just close the doors and the stock will be worthless? Is there any chance that they will actually make a go of it as I did check that they did invest into Norman Cay Development and in Mexico. Why would they do that if they were scammers? Wouldn’t they just take the money and run? and How can I find out who the scammers are that have made money on this if it is a scam?

    Reply
    • Jason Bond

I can’t answer those questions because honestly I don’t know. A stock can be promoted and quite often it can have very little, if anything to do with the company. And there is nothing illegal with stock promotion. That doesn’t mean nothing illegal has taken place here, I’m simply stating facts that I know. Regarding NSRS it was the stock promotion that caused the price to rise, when advertising ends there are less bids which means people who didn’t taken profit sell into less bids and drive the price down. Pull up the chart on RAYS to see their last big promotion, this is nothing new. The SEC determines if a promotion was done properly or not, it’s not something a person in our shoes can determine.

Jason, thank you for your response regarding NSRS. It looks that John also got in hoping for a retirement investing $200,000, well we are both in and no clue how to proceed. Probably there are a few thousand of us in there at various levels of investment. Can a promoter take over where the scams left off and perhaps get this going if in fact there is a hope that the company has made investments in actual mines. How to get in touch with actual owners who have entered into agreements although very little money has been invested by the owners. There is another gold mine promotion “SAGE”, SAGEBRUSH GOLD, LTD. A VERY WEALTHY DOCTOR PHILLIP FROST has invested supposedly 5,000,000 to 6,000,000 the shares are trading at $.48, is this another scam?, I guess that time is not on our side, other than if other investors hear about his maybe something may come of it. What are your thoughts?

His stocks are hardly high risk, and if you are working with that kind of money (even selling NSRS and cutting your losses) It will be more than enough to profit using his system.
